摘要: The potential applications of graph network
method plays an important role in the fields of Biology and Medicine, including
analyzing various biology network, identifying drug targets, predicting the
relationship between diseases and biomolecules, determining unknown function of proteins and genes and so on. This talk will review some applications of graph network theory and algorithms in solving some biomedicine problems.

闫桂英，中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院研究员，博士生导师。 中科院国家数学与交叉科学中心副主任。中国工业与应
用数学学会秘书长。分别于1989 年、1992 年和1995 年在山东大学获得理学学士、硕士和博士学位。1995 年6 月至1997 年2 月在中国科学院应用数学研究所做博士后。主要研究方向包括图论及其应用等。主持和参与了多项国家项目，包括“973”、国家自然科学基金重点、创新群体以及面上项目以及 中国科学院知识创新重要方向项目等。享受国务院政府特殊津贴。获“全国优秀科技工作者”称号。
