报告摘要：
In this talk, we address some interesting developments in adaptive finite element methods for solving linear and nonlinear inverse problems with singularities. We first review the necessity and importance of adaptive finite element methods for inverse problems of PDEs, then discuss some adaptive methods and their convergence for reconstructions of fluxes, Robin and conductivity coefficients.
报告人简介：
邹军教授于1983年获得南昌大学学士学位，1986年获得武汉大学硕士学位，1989年获得中国科学院计算数学博士学位。1995年至今于香港中文大学工作。现为数学系主任，香港中文大学卓敏数学讲座教授。邹军教授是中国科学院超级计算中心、中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院、武汉大学、华中师范大学和南昌大学的客座教授。曾为德国洪堡基金学者，91至93年为德国Augsburg大学和德国慕尼黑工业大学访问学者，93至95年为美国加州大学洛杉矶分校博士后及计算与应用数学助理教授。邹军教授现为香港数学学会副会长，并于2019年当选为美国工业和应用数学学会(SIAM)会士(SIAM Fellow)。邹军教授现为多个国际计算数学期刊编委，包括 SIAM Journal on Scientific Computing, SIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis, ESAIM Math Modeling & Numerical Analysis。邹军教授的主要研究领域是电磁场、数学物理反问题和多界面物理问题的数值求解，数值分析以及快速算法。
