摘要：This talk addresses the scale-invariant spaces Q-Q^{-1} introduced by Essen-Janson-Peng-Xiao in 2000 and their application to the mild solutions to the Navier-Stokes system and its stationary counterpart.
报告人简介：肖杰，现为加拿大纽芬兰纪念大学(Memorial University of Newfoundland)教授。主要研究兴趣为几何调和分析、偏微分方程与多变量算子理论。已在包括J. Eur. Math. Soc. (JEMS), Advances in Mathematics, J Reine Angew Math, Journal of Functional Analysis, Trans. Amer. Math. Soc., Calc. Var. Partial Differential Equations等国际著名刊物发表论文百余篇。肖教授担任过许多著名杂志的编委，现在是Canadian Mathematical Bulletin的主编和Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications的副主编。
