摘要：In this talk we consider the cutoff and non-cutoff Boltzmann equation and Landau equation with soft potentials. By using the semi-group theory and linear operator perturbation theory, we prove spectrum structure of these kinetic equations with soft potentials. And we also give some applications.
报告人简介：喻洪俊教授博士毕业与中科院系统与科学研究院，目前担任华南师范大学数学科学学院教授、博士生导师。长期从事非线性偏微分方程的研究,在Advance in Math., ARMA, CMP和SIAM MA等国际重要数学杂志发表论文40余篇。多次应邀访问意大利,台湾及香港的国际著名大学和研究机构。获得教育部及国务院学位委员会授予的全国百篇优秀博士论文奖，入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划，获聘广东省珠江学者特聘教授。
